David is a Colorado native and a real estate industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience. He specializes in representing Buyers and Sellers with residential transactions, but also has extensive commercial experience with urban infill projects, investment properties, leasing and development. David has served on boards in Denver’s Jefferson Park and Berkeley Park neighborhoods, and has played an active role in the revitalization of the Tennyson Street Art District. David is currently leading several development projects on South Broadway, West Colfax and The Ridge at 38th.
David’s residential brokerage business covers the entire Front Range with a focus on northwest Denver neighborhoods including Highlands, Lohi, Jefferson Park and Berkeley; centrally-located Hilltop, Crestmoor and Lowry; southeast Denver Neighborhoods including Wash Park, Observatory Park, DU, Pearl, Platte Park and South Broadway; and Greenwood Village and Cherry Hills Village further south. As a native of Denver, he has an intimate knowledge of these neighborhoods and can successfully help his clients make smart decisions with buying and selling.
David is a graduate of The Colorado College and a former owner of Ross Reels USA. He has served as a board member of Susan G. Komen Colorado, River Reach Youth Initiative, Rocky Mountain Research and Prevention Institute and The American Fly Fishing Trade Association. In addition, he is a founding board member of Fostership, an organization whose mission is to educate, inspire and connect NGO and governmental leaders in order to provide all foster care children with the care they deserve. David is an Ironman finisher and recently completed the Leadman Race Series which included the Leadville 100-mile trail running race and the Leadville 100-mile mountain bike race.
